Alacero offers special rates at the official hotels of the event for attendees of Alacero-59. Participants must make their bookings directly with the hotel and not through Alacero.

Alacero will provide free shuttle service between official hotels and the Convention Center of Cartagena de Indias, venue of Alacero-59, according to the program of activities.

• When booking with Estelar Hotels the system generates a payment deadline or guarantee for a maximum of 48 hours to make the payment of one night's accommodation.

• EARLY DEPARTURE: Does not apply for reservations, except in high season dates: holiday periods and holiday weekends (November 4 and 5 are holidays in Colombia). In case of application of a penalty for Early Departure, the hotel will proceed to charge all the reserved nights. 
• CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW: Cancellations prior to 24 hours before arrival can be achieved without to pay a fine, otherwise the hotel will proceed to charge one night of accommodation for no show.
