Conditions of the rates
Discounts will be granted to participants on the air fares of tickets on domestic and international routes that operate Avianca directly (Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A. Avianca (Avianca), Aerolíneas Galápagos S.A Aerogal and the airlines of Grupo Taca), under the following conditions:
- Do not apply for code-sharing routes, except for the routes of Avianca.
- Do not apply for prices that contain routes with other airlines.
- Discounts apply only for airfares. Taxes, airport charges, administrative fees, fuel surcharges and other charges, must be paid in full directly by the traveler in the moment of the issuance of airline tickets. The airline is not responsible for payment of any taxes, airport charges, administrative fees, fuel surcharges and other charges.
- Discounts are not cumulative with other discounts or promotions.
- Apply to all classes available at the time of booking, except classes on “Promo”, “Super Promo”, private rates or net fees
- Apply to outward and return flights made within 5 days before and 5 days after the conference.
- Apply to routes with a single destination to the city of the conference (Cartagena de Indias). Discounts will not be accepted for trips to common points (alternate airports).
- Attendees who use the offered discounts will have the possibility to accrue miles with the frequent flyer programme LifeMiles (for members) and access to the VIP rooms, as long as they are in the LifeMiles programme levels that enable it.
- Discount in economic class cabin from/to Colombia (CO) and North America (NAM) is of 10% in high season and of 15% in low season.

Purchase conditions
- Purchase of airline tickets can be made by direct channels (call center, Avianca.com, selling points Avianca). Traveler will have to mention the discount code GN050 of the event in the place of purchase or enter it in the box “promotional code” GN050 of Avianca.com at the moment of the reservation.
- Purchase of airline tickets can be made by any travel agency informing the discount code (GN050) of the event, and will have to present a document showing that the traveler is traveling to attend the event, as well as the confirmation of inscription, invitation, credential, or the official e-card that was provided by Avianca. The travel agency may apply the discount fulfilling the conditions described above.
