What is not included in the registration fee?

All accommodations, transport and parking costs, as well as any other service that are not described as benefits included in the rate registration.

Changes in the owner of the registration

Only until October 03, it is allowed to transfer the registration to another delegate of the same company.

Visa

Alacero is not responsible for obtaining the necessary documentation (passports and/or visas) to enter Colombia as foreign visitors. We suggest that you obtain information about the requirements to enter Colombia at the Colombian Embassy in your country. 

Alacero can provide support to Alacero-59 participants through invitation letters. If you need a letter, please contact [email protected].

Access to Alacero-59 and its activities

  • It is mandatory to present an identification document to get the badge and conference materials.
  • Access to children under the age of 18 are not allowed.
  • Wearing T-shirts, shorts, sandals or bath suits are not permitted.

Important

  • Alacero is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings left by the participants at the venue.
  • By participating in Alacero-59 Conference, participants agree that photographs and films made during the event can be used by the organizers for the sector and future event promotions.
  • It is mandatory to present an identification document to get the badge and conference materials.
