Alacero offers special rates at the official hotels of the event for attendees of Alacero-59. Participants must make their bookings directly with the hotel and not through Alacero.
Alacero will provide free shuttle service between official hotels and the Convention Center of Cartagena de Indias, venue of Alacero-59, according to the program of activities.

- Buffet breakfast at Kokau restaurant from 6:30 am to 10:30 am.
- Internet included in rooms and public areas.
- Rates applicable 3 days before and 3 days after the official dates of the event, between from 02 to November 10.
- Rates do not include 19% VAT (only applies to Colombians).

- EARLY CHECK-IN: Subject to availability with additional cost.
- LATE CHECK-OUT: Subject to availability. For departures after 3:00 pm, the hotel reserves the right to charge 50% of the rate paid per night.
- EARLY DEPARTURE: It will proceed to charge the value corresponding to one night of accommodation.
- CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations prior to October 06 will not have to pay a fine. Cancellations from October 07 will be charged the full amount of booked stay by the hotel.
- NO SHOW: Reservations that are not presented at the hotel will be subject to the full value of the entire stay.
